Easton Update: December 19, 2006

Not a lot of pictures this month. Although we do have a good one of Easton and Santa this year. Easton also helped us decorate a couple of Christmas trees. One at Grandma's and the one at our house. He especially liked the icicles and didn't break anything, which was amazing. Easton has hit the 20 month mark and will turn two in April. He is very energetic and loves to spend time outside helping shovel the sidewalk.

He still isn't saying much but has mommy and daddy down when he wants to. He is also becoming very independent. So much so that he likes to walk downstairs by himself, standing up like a big boy. Tami and I will watch him of course but he doesn't want you to hold his hand. Sometimes he makes the exception and lets us help him if we're at another house.

We signed him up for swimming again which starts up again in January. He likes blowing bubbles in the pool and likes to dip his ear in the water too for some reason. Now for the Santa story. If you've jumped ahead and looked at the pictures first you'll already know, but he didn't take too kindly to Santa this year. Last year he had an adorable picture. This year, not so much. We'll have to see how next year goes, as this year he probably thought we were going to leave him with Santa.

We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Take care,
Mark, Tami and Easton
